TryIPTV (https://www.tryiptv.com) respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright standards.
1. Copyright Notification Requirements
If you believe in good faith that copyrighted material belonging to you or an entity you represent has been linked, indexed, or made accessible through our service without authorization, please submit a formal written notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including title, registration number if applicable, or original URL).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific stream URL, channel identifier, or page link.
- Contact information sufficient to reach the complaining party, including legal name, physical address, telephone number, and active email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Response Timeline & Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification fulfilling all statutory requirements, TryIPTV will promptly investigate the claim and take necessary remediation action, which may include disabling access to the specified stream feed or playlist pointer.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was disabled or removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA to our designated copyright agent.
