How to request a refund

  • Include the email address used at checkout and your order details.
  • We'll confirm your request and process the refund to your original payment method.

What's covered

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a subscription plan. Once approved, your refund is issued in full. Refund timescales depend on your bank or payment provider.

After the 14-day window

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the 14-day guarantee period has passed. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling prevents further charges but does not retroactively refund the current term.
